Tip of the month: add creatine to your protein shakes

Creatine is a sports supplement which, when used right, increases muscle size, strength and endurance.

If you want to take in creatine, it’s very easy to just add it to one of our protein shake recipes.

When you consider purchasing creatine, preferably go for the micronized version, since it gets better absorbed by your body, and thus will be more effective.
